KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) adalah tripeptide C-terminal dari α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. Meskipun kecil, KPV mempertahankan aktivitas anti-inflamasi poten melalui jalur bergantung-reseptor melanokortin dan independen.
