Product Details
TB-500 is a synthetic bioactive fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid peptide abundant in wound fluid.
Mechanism of Action. TB-500 binds G-actin and modulates actin polymerization, enabling cell migration, angiogenesis, and stem-cell recruitment to damaged tissue. It also has anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects.
Key Findings. Preclinical research has documented systemic effects across muscle, tendon, ligament, cardiac, corneal, and neural tissue.
Applications. Systemic tissue-repair research, ligament and tendon studies, cardiac-repair investigation, hair-follicle and wound-healing modeling.
