Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 No DAC

CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin combines a GHRH analogue (Modified GRF 1-29) with a selective GHSR-1a agonist into a single pre-mixed protocol. The two pathways converge at the somatotrope to produce additive pulsatile GH release.

Mechanism of Action. CJC-1295 engages the GHRH receptor while Ipamorelin activates GHSR-1a; the two signals are orthogonal and synergistic at the pituitary level.
